Cottage School for Special-needs Children

We don’t expect a child to adapt to a system, we change what we can to help the child experience success and mastery of the skill & knowledge that the curriculum demands. We adapt so that children with specific needs can learn functional ways of coping with their environments. Because of the structure and ethos of our tutor centre children.

Hrdayam School of Yoga focuses on bringing the authentic teachings of Yoga to the local and international community. Our school was founded and created by Bettina and Pamela-Francis Stuetz, a mother and daughter team, sharing a vision of spreading the light of Yoga.

I coach overwhelmed, stressed, confused learners/students from grade 10 -12 and university/college students how to conquer their studies & life. I help them feel powerful and in control of their studies. And I do that by helping them set goals, incorporate time management practices and teaching them practical study skills.
